摘　　要：介绍了从电石入厂到生产出聚氯乙烯树脂过程中,不同工段电石的损耗查定方法及损耗量,针对不同损耗原因制定了相应降耗措施,为企业高质量发展提供参考。This paper introduces the determination method and amount of calcium carbide loss in different sections of calcium carbide from entering the factory to producing PVC resin,packaging and leaving the factory. Corresponding measures to reduce calcium carbide consumption are formulated according to different loss reasons,which can provide reference for high-quality development of enterprises.
