摘　　要：聚氯乙烯生产工艺流程复杂,涉及供料回收、聚合、汽提、干燥等关键控制过程。聚合系统的稳定运行关系到系统产量和质量。通过SPC、PFMEA等专业质量工具对聚合釜、汽提塔等关键控制点进行深入研究,对存在问题、具体原因和管控措施等作出进一步分析,为保证产品质量稳定和性能优异夯实了基础。Polyvinyl chloride resin production process is complex,involving key control processes such as feed recovery,polymerization,stripping and drying. The stable operation of polymerization system is related to the output and quality of the system.Conducted in-depth research on key quality control points affecting product quality such as polymerizer and stripper through professional quality tools such as SPC and PFMEA,and further analyzed the existing problems,specific causes and control measures analyzed by quality tools,laying a solid foundation for stable product quality and excellent performance.
