摘  要:为解决盐碱土用作道路路基时出现的溶陷、盐胀问题,将粒化高炉矿渣磨细后掺入到复合硅酸盐水泥中对盐碱土进行固化处理,该方法不但能够解决盐碱土的溶陷、盐胀问题,还能够减小水泥的用量。试验中将部分复合硅酸盐水泥采用S105粒化高炉磨细矿粉替代,应用两者的混合物固化盐碱土,得到了不同粒化高炉磨细矿粉替代率对固化盐碱土试样强度及应力-应变关系的影响规律;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及XRD衍射仪得到了不同粒化高炉磨细矿粉替代率时固化盐碱土试样的微观形态结构以及主要水化产物成分。研究结果表明:不同龄期的固化盐碱土试样,在粒化高炉磨细矿粉替代率为50%时,试样的强度达到峰值;90 d龄期时,固化盐碱土试样应力-应变曲线的斜率随着粒化高炉磨细矿粉替代率的增大而增大,在粒化高炉磨细矿粉替代率为50%时斜率达到最大。不同替代率的粒化高炉磨细矿粉掺加到复合硅酸盐水泥中,对混合物水化产物的形成及产物能够产生较大的影响。To deal with collapsibility and salt heaving for saline soils, the mixtures of ground granulated blast-furnace slags and portland composite cement are used to strengthen saline soils, which can not only solve collapsibility and salt heaving for saline soils but also reduce the use of cement. The influence of different substitution rate of ground granulated blast-furnace slags on the unconfined compression strength and the slope of stress-strain curve of solidified saline soils sample is also obtained. In addition, scanning electron microscope tests and XRD tests are also carried out to obtain the microstructure and main hydration products of the solidified saline soil samples under different replacement rates. The results show that when the substitution rate for ground granulated blast-furnace slags is 50%, the unconfined compression strength and the slope of stress-strain curve of solidified saline soils after 90 d can reach the maximum. The slope of the stress-strain curve of solidified saline soil samples increases with the increase of the replacement rate. Moreover, when ground granulated blast-furnace slags are added into portland composite cement, it has great influence on the formation of hydration products among soil particles for mixtures of saline soils, ground granulated blast-furnace slags and portland composite cement.
