摘　　要：银屑病关节炎是一组与银屑病有关的慢性进行性关节病变,具有很高的致残率,同时具有银屑病和关节炎的疾病特点。其症状总是伴随着皮肤病变,长期的炎症病程可能伴随着脊柱强直和关节畸形。关节炎可发生在皮肤病损之前或之后,表现出典型的伴随性。银屑病关节炎的病因复杂,由于缺乏特异性和敏感性较高的实验室检查指标,因此早期诊断存在一定的困难。本文旨在概述医学影像技术在银屑病关节炎诊断中的临床应用研究进展。Psoriatic arthritis is a group of chronic progressive joint lesions related to psoriasis,with a high disability rate,and has the characteristics of both psoriasis and arthritis.Symptoms are always accompanied by skin lesions,and a long inflammatory course may be accompanied by spinal rigidity and joint deformities.Arthritis may precede or follow a dermatologic lesion and is typically concomitant.The etiology of psoriatic arthritis is very complex.Due to the lack of specific and sensitive laboratory tests,early diagnosis is difficult.In this paper,the clinical application of medical imaging in the diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis is reviewed.
