摘 要:为提高鞍山地区某选厂铁矿石入选品位,该厂采用马鞍山天工科技的筒式干选磁选机进行干式预选试验。通过采用一粗二扫选流程进行干式磁选抛尾工艺,将入选铁品位26.66%的原矿提高到28.51%,选别抛出产率14.43%、铁品位15.65%、磁性铁损失率0.57%的尾矿。试验表明对该筒式干式磁选机进行不同参数的调整,进行原矿干式预选,可达到较好的抛尾效果,提高铁矿石入选品位。In order to improve the grade of iron ore in a beneficiation plant in Anshan area,the dry pre-separation test was carried out by using the drum-type dry magnetic separator of Maanshan Tiangong Technology.By adopting the dry magnetic separation and tailing discarding process of one-stage roughing and two-stage scavenging,the raw ore with iron grade of 26.66%was increased to 28.51%,and the tailings with yield of 14.43%,iron grade of 15.65%and magnetic iron loss rate of 0.57%were separated and discarded.The test shows that the adjustment of different parameters of the drum dry magnetic separator and the dry pre-separation of the raw ore can achieve a better discarding effect of tailings and improve the feed grade of iron ore.
