摘　　要：首钢迁钢360 m^(2)三烧结机于2021年1月投产,已运转9个月,存在篦条糊堵严重的问题,导致烧结过程透气性变差,严重制约产量的提高和质量的稳定。通过对篦条糊堵物取样化验,对糊堵篦条原因进行了分析,采取提高混合料温度、优化铺底料粒度、控制烧结终点、稳定瓦斯灰配比、集中清理糊堵篦条等措施,篦条糊堵问题得到了有效的解决,减轻了员工劳动强度。360m^(2) No.3 Sinter Machine of Shougang Qian’an Iron and Steel Co.was put into production in January 2021 and has been running for 9 months.There is a problem that the grate bars have serious blockage,which leads to poor air permeability during the sintering process,seriously restricting the improvement of output and the stability of quality.By sampling and testing the material that blocks the grate bars,the reasons for the grate bar blockage are analyzed,and measures of increasing the temperature of the mixed ores,optimizing the sizes of the hearth layer,controlling the sintering end point,stabilizing the gas-ash ratio,and centrally cleaning the blocked grate bars are taken and the problem of grate bar blockage has been effectively solved,which reduces the labor intensity of employees.
