摘　　要：在区域协调发展和长三角一体化发展中,电力是最基础、不可或缺的资源要素。受省间壁垒和机制障碍的制约,浙江电网存在重复建设、资源利用效率低、新能源消纳困难、电网调节能力差和安全备用不足等诸多问题。通过对浙江电网采用企业战略(SWOT)方法进行分析,构建了一套浙江电网承接长三角一体化发展国家战略的对接融合与服务支撑体系,使浙江电网可以实现长三角城市间电网智能互联、服务标准互认、流程融合互通,引领能源互联绿色发展,为区域一体化发展奠定坚实基础,助力长三角一体化区域高质量发展。In the coordinated regional development and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, electric power is the most basic and indispensable resource. Restricted by inter-provincial barriers and mechanism obstacles, Zhejiang power grid has many problems, such as repeated construction, low efficiency of resource utilization, difficulty of new energy consumption, power grid regulation ability and safe reserve. Through the SWOT analysis of Zhejiang power grid, this study established a system of interconnection and service support for Zhejiang power grid to undertake the national strategy of Yangtze River Delta integration. Thereby, Zhejiang power grid can realize the intelligent power grid interconnection, service standards mutual recognition, process integration between Yangtze river delta cities, leading green development of energy interconnection, laying a solid foundation for regional integration and facilitating the high-quality development of integrated regions in the Yangtze River Delta.
