内掺γ相纳米氧化铝混凝土的力学特性研究

摘  要:γ相纳米Al_(2)O_(3)是一种活性氧化物,比表面积大,具有高活性。为了探究γ相纳米Al_(2)O_(3)对混凝土性能的影响,采用γ相纳米Al_(2)O_(3)作为混凝土改性材料制作混凝土试块,分别对3d、7d、14d和28d龄期的试件进行立方体抗压、劈裂抗拉强度试验并建立回归曲线方程,同时进行扫描电子显微镜检测(SEM),分析了其对混凝土抗压、劈裂抗拉强度以及脆性的影响与原因,得出了γ相纳米Al_(2)O_(3)的最佳用量和最优用量下改性混凝土抗压强度-劈裂抗拉强度的相关经验公式。结果表明:3%掺量的γ相纳米Al_(2)O_(3)能够有效提高混凝土的抗压与劈裂抗拉强度,3d、7d、14d、28d抗压强度分别提升了32.53%、31.92%、18.99%、15.99%,劈裂抗拉强度分别提升了38.73%、46.19%、29.89%、25.16%,并且γ相纳米Al2O3对混凝土早期强度发展速率较为有利。γ相纳米Al_(2)O_(3)还能够提升混凝土的抵抗脆裂的性能,其最优掺量则在1.5%-3.0%之间。γ phase nano Al_(2)O_(3) is a kind of active oxide with large specific surface area and high activity.In order to explore the influence of γ phase nano-Al2O3 on concrete properties,γ phase nano-Al_(2)O_(3) was used as concrete modification material to produce concrete test blocks.The cubic compression and splitting tensile strength tests of specimens aged 3,7,14 and 28 days were carried out,and the regression curve equation was established.Meanwhile,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was performed.The influence and reasons of nano-Al2O3 on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and brittleness of concrete were analyzed,and the optimal dosage of nano-Al_(2)O_(3) γphase and the empirical formula of compressive strength-splitting tensile strength of modified concrete under the optimal dosage were obtained.The results showed that 3%γ-phase nano-Al_(2)O_(3) could effectively improve the compressive and splitting tensile strength of concrete.The compressive strength o3,7,14 and 28 days increased by 32.53%,31.92%,18.99%and 15.99%,respectively.The splitting tensile strength increased by 38.73%,46.19%,29.89%and 25.16%,respectively.And γphase nano-Al_(2)O_(3) was more favorable to the early strength development rate of concrete.γ phase nano-Al_(2)O_(3) could also improve the brittle-cracking resistance of concrete,and the optimal content of γphase nano-Al_(2)O_(3) was between 1.5%and 3.0%.
