摘  要:为研究海河流域长期以来的水资源条件及其变化情况,对水资源总量、地表水资源量、地下水资源量的长时间系列,采用Mann-Kendall检验法进行了趋势性分析,并对其年际变化进行了量化分析,同时分析了近20年所面临的水资源形势,对水资源演变的影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明:长期时间尺度来看,海河流域水资源总量、地表水资源量和地下水资源量均呈显著衰减趋势,同时伴随年际变化大的特点。近20年水资源总量、地表水资源量相比历史长系列,分别衰减17.06%、30.62%;地下水资源量衰减4.64%,衰减幅度相对较小。据此可得出结论,从水资源天然禀赋的角度,海河流域面临的水资源条件较以往更为不利。以此为基础,提出了加大外流域调水力度、按不同水源特点进行管理等对策措施。In order to study the water resources change situation in the Haihe River Basin during long period,the trend of the total water resources quantity,surface water resources quantity and groundwater resources quantity was analyzed by Mann Kendall test method.The interannual difference was quantitatively analyzed.Moreover,the water resources condition in recent 20 years was analyzed.And the influencing factors were discussed.The analysis shows that in the long-term time scale,the quantity of total water resources,surface water resources and groundwater resources in Haihe River Basin,perform a significant attenuation trend,accompanied by obvious interannual difference.In the past 20 years,the quantity of total water resources and surface water resources have declined by nearly 20% and 30% respectively,compared with the historical long series.The water resources situation faced by Haihe River Basin was more unfavorable than before.The measures of water resources management in Haihe River Basin were put forward from the perspective of water resources,on the basis of the analysis in this paper.
