摘 要:针对粉末材料电阻难以测量的问题,采用了四电极法来测量粉末材料电阻率。通过液压机给装有粉末样品的材料加压,有效的去除了颗粒间的接触电阻,实现了有效的电流通路;电流电极与电压电极分开,同时与粉末材料样品接触,消除了布线和探针接触电阻的阻抗;利用微电阻测量仪,可实时观察电阻随压强的变化。实验最后通过Origin软件分析数据并绘图,得到了粉末材料电阻率与压强的曲线图。结果表明在给粉末材料逐渐增大压力的过程中,粉末材料各个颗粒之间的距离减小,微电阻测量仪的示数逐渐减小,并趋于一个固定值。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to measure the resistance of powder materials,adopts the four electrode method[1]to measure the resistivity of powder materials:pressurize the materials containing powder samples by hydraulic press,effectively remove the contact resistance between particles and realize effective current path;The current electrode is separated from the voltage electrode and contacts with the powder material sample at the same time,which eliminates the impedance of wiring and probe contact resistance;The change of resistance with pressure can be observed in real time by using micro resistance measuring instrument Finally,the data were analyzed and plotted by Origin software,and the curve of resistivity and pressure of powder material was obtained The experimental results show that in the process of gradually increasing the pressure on the powder material,the distance between the particles of the powder material decreases,and the indication of the micro resistance meter decreases gradually and tends to a fixed value.
