摘 要:随着渤海油田的逐年开发,低产低效井综合治理的需求逐渐增多。低产低效井的治理大多依赖于老井槽原井筒的再次利用,渤海油田已开发多年,原井筒套管在油气环境中易发生金属腐蚀,为保证井筒的完整性,套管损伤情况的判断尤为关键。常规测量套管损伤的方式是在老井封隔油气层后,通过兰姆波(MUIL)等测井仪器在套管内进行测量,这种方式需要占用井口时间,且无法在作业前获知套管损伤情况,不能对后期处理套管、选择侧钻点等作业方案的决策起到较早的资料支持。经过充分调研、分析,决定对渤海某油田P6/P7井中运用一种不占用井口时间且能够提前获得套管损伤的情况的技术手段。With the development of Bohai oilfield year by year,the demand for comprehensive treatment of low production and low efficiency wells is gradually increasing.The treatment of low production and low efficiency wells mostly depends on the original wellbore in the old well slot.Bohai oilfield has been developed for many years,and the original wellbore casing is prone to metal corrosion in the oil and gas environment.In order to ensure the integrity of the wellbore,the judgment of casing damage is particularly critical.The conventional method of measuring casing damage is to measure in the casing through logging instruments such as lamb wave(MUIL)after the oil and gas reservoir is sealed in the old well.This method takes up the wellhead time,and can not know the casing damage before operation,and can not provide early data support for the decision-making of operation schemes such as post-processing casing and selecting sidetracking points.After full investigation and analysis,it is decided to use a technical means that does not occupy wellhead time and can obtain casing damage in advance in P6/P7 well of an oilfield in Bohai Sea.
