国际F2级赛道专用沥青混凝土配合比研究

摘　　要：目前国内尚无针对国际F2级赛道专用沥青混凝土的行业或地区计价定额,基于其对沥青、石料、聚酯纤维等主要原材料的特殊要求,其路面专用沥青混凝土配合比缺项。通过对玄武岩、矿粉、沥青等原材料试验测定相关参数和指标,采用水洗法筛分试验进行沥青混合料配合比设计计算。综合试验结果和实际施工经验,基于《湖北省市政工程消耗量定额及全费用基价表》(2018版),对国际F2级赛道所采用的专用沥青混凝土的配合比进行研究,最后针对国际F2级赛道路面的特性,选择了相应的专用沥青混凝土的配合比以保证赛车车道工程的质量。At present,there is no industrial or regional pricing quota for the special asphalt concrete for international F2 racing track in China.Based on its special requirements for asphalt,stone,polyester fiber and other main raw materials,the mix proportion of special asphalt concrete for pavement is missing.By testing basalt,mineral powder,asphalt and other raw materials to determine the relevant parameters and indicators,the water washing screening test is used to calculate the mix proportion design of asphalt mixture.Based on the comprehensive test results and actual construction experience,and based on the consumption quota and full cost base price table of municipal engineering in Hubei Province(2018 Edition),the mix proportion of special asphalt concrete used in the international F2 track is studied.Finally,according to the characteristics of the pavement of the international F2 track,the corresponding mix proportion of special asphalt concrete is selected to ensure the quality of the racing track project.
