摘 要:机床加工工件中,利用卡盘来进行工件的夹紧,而在卡盘位置上会有活动卡爪配合,在实践中,根据卡爪数量对卡盘进行命名。如三爪卡盘便是其中一种。三爪卡盘是机床加工中比较常见的卡盘类别,通过车工利用扳手进行夹紧操作,无论是稳定性和实用性都比较差。探讨一种全新快速装夹的三爪卡盘设计,通过探讨设计方案并且提出设计实例,望带来借鉴与帮助。In the machining of workpieces by machine tools,the chuck is used to clamp the workpiece,and there will be movable jaws at the position of the chuck.In practice,the chucks are named according to the number of jaws.Such as the three-jaw chuck is one of them.The three-jaw chuck is a relatively common type of chuck in machine tool processing.The lathe uses a wrench to clamp the operation,both in terms of stability and practicability.In this study,a new three-jaw chuck design for quick clamping is discussed.By discussing the design scheme and proposing design examples,it is hoped that it will bring lessons and help.
