摘  要:在大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛中,鉴于赛道障碍物尺寸及传动轴尺寸较小,加工键槽难度较高,故齿轮在圆周方向上的定位采用紧定螺钉。又考虑到传动机构的空间位置限制和传动比的要求,一种薄壁小模数凸台齿轮应运而生。然而,此凸台齿轮面宽仅有2 mm,模数仅为0.5,用插齿机极易造成冲毁。而且插齿机对面宽小模数小的齿轮加工仍存在缺陷。因此,提出一种利用电火花线切割机、金属激光切割机、车床和钻床加工凸台齿轮的工艺方法。Gear shaper is a widely used tooth shape processing method,processing range is mostly medium and large gear.However,in the comprehensive ability competition of engineering training for college students,due to the difficulty of machining the keyway due to the obstacle size of the track and the size of the drive shaft is tiny,fixed screws are used for the positioning of the gear in the circumferential direction.Considering the space position limitation and transmission ratio requirement of transmission mechanism,a kind of thin-wall small module boss gear came into being.However,the gear face width of the boss is only 2 mm,and the modulus is only 0.5,which is easily destroyed by gear shaper.For this reason,this paper presents a process method of machining boss gear with edM wire cutting machin e,metal laser cutting machine,lathe and drill press.
