摘 要:轻钢框架-冷弯薄壁型钢模块化房屋结构装配化程度高,但在强震作用下易发生两者过渡区的破坏,成为抗震的薄弱部位。提出一种用于过渡区的层间加强连接部件,开展部件承载性能试验及含层间加强连接部件的混合结构抗震性能分析。结果表明:(1)加入层间加强部件的模型周期减小,且能提高结构刚度,改善结构抗震性能;(2)本案例结构在7度、8度罕遇地震作用下损伤值未超过限值,处于中等或严重破坏状态;9度罕遇时损伤值超过限值,但结构没有倒塌危险;(3)随地震波峰值加速度增加,框架承担地震作用增大,仅在墙体与框架连接处设置层间加强部件不能有效限制薄弱楼层的层间位移角;(4)在结构底部薄弱层增设层间加强部件或底部楼层框架加设支撑的方法,能有效限制结构层间侧移角,降低结构损伤,进而提高结构抗震能力。The assembly degree of light steel frame-cold-formed thin-walled steel modular building is high,but it is easy to damage the transition zone of the two structures under strong earthquake action,which becomes the weak part of seismic damage.In this paper,a kind of strengthened interlayer connection component for transition zone is proposed.The bearing capacity test of the component and the seismic performance analysis of hybrid structure with the interlayer reinforced connection component are carried out.The results show that:(1)the period of the model with interlayer reinforced components is less than that of the model without interlayer reinforced components,and the stiffness of the structure could be improved and the seismic performance could be enhanced by setting the interlayer reinforced component.(2)The damage value of this case structure eloes not exceed the limit value under the rare earthquake of degree 7 and 8,and the structure is in medium or serious damage state,and the damage value exceeded the limit value under the rare earthquake of degree 9,but the structure is not in danger of collapse.(3)With the increase of the peak acceleration of the input seismic wave,the seismic action of the frame increases.Only setting the interlayer reinforced component between the composite wall,the frame could not effectively limit the inter story displacement of the weak floor.(4)When adding interlayer reinforced components between floors or adopting supporting frame at the bottom of the structure,the lateral displacement between floors could be effectively limited,the structural damage could be reduced and the overall performance of the structure could be improved.
