摘 要:提出了一种具有摩擦力臂放大功能的转动型摩擦阻尼器(以下简称“RFD”),阐述了其构造形式和转动方式。设计加工了1个大尺寸的试件,将其所受的碟形弹簧的预压力和摩擦力臂大小作为试验变量,进行低周往复荷载试验,分析了RFD阻尼器转动中心的改变、耗能能力和摩擦力的稳定性。试验结果表明:该转动型摩擦阻尼器打破了传统摩擦阻尼器只能通过施加更大预紧力或使用摩擦系数更大的材料提高耗能的传统想法,实现了通过增大摩擦力力臂提高耗能的目的;其转动中心有两处,分别为销轴处和下侧转动点;试件的荷载-位移曲线形状饱满,具有良好的耗能能力。通过不均匀系数和变异系数的分析,表明该摩擦阻尼器具有良好的稳定性。A new type of rotational friction damper(RFD)with friction force arm amplification function is proposed,its configuration form and rotation mode are analyzed.A large-scaled specimen is designed and manufactured,and the preload force of the disc spring and amplification coefficient of specimen are used as test variables to carry out low cycle reversed loading test.The change of center of rotation,energy dissipation capacity and frictional stability of RFD dampers are also analyzed.The test results show that the rotational friction damper breaks the traditional idea that a friction damper can only improve energy dissipation by applying a larger preload force or using a material with a larger friction coefficient,and achieves the effect of enhancing energy dissipation by increasing the friction force arm.The rotation center has two places,respectively at the pin shaft and the lower side of the rotation point;The force-displacement curves of RFD specimens are full in shape,indicating that the damper has good energy dissipation capacity.
