摘  要:结构振动问题引起的事故层出不穷,尤其是楼板的振动,严重时甚至影响结构安全,其中车间动力设备层引起的楼板振动是一种比较常见的问题。楼板振动不仅降低了设备的动态精度和使用性能,而且降低了楼面的振动舒适性。为提高动力设备荷载激励下楼板振动的舒适度,进而改善结构使用性能,针对某框架结构实验室车间设备层的楼板振动问题,通过PKPM建立框架结构整体模型,得到整体结构的自振频率,同时利用Midas Gen建立局部结构有限元模型,对动力设备荷载激励下楼板的振动进行了研究,并提出了改造及加固方案。针对普通混凝土框架结构,通过对比不同的加固方案,结果表明:结构主梁下增加支撑的方案可有效降低结构的动力响应,提高楼板舒适度。Accidents caused by structural vibration emerge in endlessly,especially the floor vibration,which even affects the structural safety when it is serious.The floor vibration of workshop power equipment floor is a common phenomenon.The floor vibration not only reduces the dynamic accuracy and performance of the equipment,but also reduces the vibration comfort of the floor.In order to improve the comfort of floor vibration under the excitation of dynamic equipment load,and then improve the structure performance,aiming at the floor vibration problem of a frame structure laboratory workshop equipment floor,the whole frame structure model is established by the PKPM to obtain the natural vibration frequency of the whole structure.Meantime,the sectional structure finite element model is established by Midas Gen.The vibration of floor under the excitation of power equipment load is studied,and the reconstruction and reinforcement scheme are put forward.For the ordinary concrete frame structure,through comparing different reinforcement schemes,the results show that the scheme of adding brace under the main beam of the structure can effectively reduce the dynamic response of the structure and improve the comfort of the floor.
