摘  要:新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来,世界各地经济受到不同程度冲击。在经济萧条却蕴含生机的后疫情时代,韧性经济逐渐成为经济高质量发展新的重要元素。以我国长江经济带为研究主体,利用沿江11个省市的面板数据,从韧性经济视角构建绿色物流引领功能框架,设计绿色物流引领下的经济高质量发展水平测度指标体系和数据处理模型,分析长江经济带高质量发展的时空差异,计算各指标对长江经济带高质量发展水平的贡献度。结果发现,在时间上,2012—2013年,长江经济带经济发展较慢,经济增速变化不大;2014—2015年,长江经济带经济呈高速发展态势;2016—2020年,长江经济带经济发展速度逐渐减缓,但始终保持稳步增长的高速发展态势。细观之下,绿色物流引领下的从业企业韧性发展对长江经济带经济高质量发展的贡献度持续增加,供应链结构性发展的贡献度保持稳定,物流业绿色发展的贡献度明显偏低,总体呈现出重产业发展、轻绿色发展的特征。在空间上,各区域差异较大,主要呈现出长江下游经济高质量发展水平普遍较高、上游次之、中游相对滞后的不均衡空间格局。为更好地推动长江经济带经济高质量发展,实现供应链上下游企业、同行业物流企业及其他从业企业均衡化、绿色化、特色化发展,应基于韧性经济视角,构建包含纵向引领战略、横向引领战略、聚焦引领战略三大核心分战略,供应链全链条采用先进绿色物流技术、加强供应链信息平台与标准化体系建设、树立绿色发展意识、构建绿色制度环境、改进完善绿色物流基础设施、引导物流企业低碳化转型、制定绿色物流发展规划、深化绿色物流人才培养八个具体方面的长江经济带绿色物流引领战略。Economic development around the world has been impacted to varying degrees by the effects of NCP.In this postepidemic era of sluggish but vibrant economy,resilient economy has gradually become a new and important element of highquality economic development.The authors take the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research subject and the panel data of 11provinces and cities as the research basis to construct the leading functional framework of green logistics from the perspective of resilient economy.On this basis,a measurement index system and a measurement processing model of green logistics leading highquality economic development are designed,the space-time difference of the high-quality development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is measured,and the influence of each index on the high-quality development level of the Yangtze River economic belt is explored.It is found that,in terms of time,from 2012 to 2013,the economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt was slow and the economic growth changed little;from 2014 to 2016,the economy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed a high-speed development mode;and from 2016 to 2020,although the economic development speed of the Yangtze River Economic Belt gradually slowed down,it has always been in the high-speed development mode of steady growth.From a micro perspective,the proportion of the contribution of the resilient development of the employed enterprises to the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has continued to increase;the proportion of the contribution of the structural development level of the supply chain to the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has remained stable;and the proportion of the contribution of the green development of the logistics industry to the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has obviously lagged behind,and it generally reflects the time characteristics of"emphasizing industrial development and neglecting green development".It is also found that,in
