摘  要:针对常规泡沫的施工复杂、摩阻高、稳定性较差等问题,研发了一种不含大分子聚合物稳泡剂的低伤害自生泡沫体系。通过排水集气法优选出生气效果最佳的自生气体系,并结合Waring-blender法筛选出起泡性能较好的起泡剂,最终得到性能优良的自生泡沫体系,并对该体系的起泡性、稳泡性以及耐盐性进行了评价。结果表明,温度越高,自生泡沫体积越大,半衰期越短;反应物浓度越高,自生泡沫体积越大,半衰期越长;pH越接近酸性,泡沫的起泡性能越好。该自生泡沫体系可为后续的增产改造措施提供简易并高效的转向分流剂。Aiming at the problems of complex construction, high friction and poor stability of conventional foams, a low-damage self-generated foam system without macromolecular polymer foam stabilizers was developed.The self-generated system with the best gas-generated effect was selected by the drainage and gas-gathering method, and the foaming agent with better foaming performance was screened by the Waring-blender method, and finally a self-generated foam system with excellent performance was obtained, and evaluated the foaming, foam stability, and salt tolerance of the system.The results show that the higher the temperature, the larger the volume of the autogenous foam and the shorter the half-life;the higher the concentration of the reactants, the larger the volume of the autogenous foam and the longer the half-life;the closer the pH is to the acidity, the better the foaming performance of the foam.The self-generated foam system can provide a simple and efficient diversion and diversion agent for subsequent production stimulation measures.
