摘 要:针对疏水缔合聚合物溶解时间长导致的海上平台聚合物配注系统体积增大的问题,研发了超重力速溶装置。通过室内实验研究了超重力因子对聚合物溶解时间及目标液性能的影响。结果表明,随着超重力因子的增大,经超重力速溶装置后疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4的溶解时间逐渐缩短,超重力因子从0增加到1 298,基本溶解时间从80 min缩短至40 min;吴茵剪切后目标液黏度先逐渐降低再趋于平稳,阻力系数及残余阻力系数均逐渐降低。In order to solve the problem of increasing the volume of polymer injection system on offshore platform due to the long dissolution time of hydrophobically associated polymer, a high gravity instant dissolution device was developed.The effects of high gravity factor on polymer dissolution time and the properties of target solution were studied by laboratory experiments.The results show that with the increase of high gravity factor, the dissolution time of hydrophobically associated polymer AP-P4 gradually shortens, the high gravity factor increases from 0 to 1 298,and the basic dissolution time shortens from 80 min to 40 min;after Wuyin shearing, the viscosity of the target liquid first gradually decreases and then tends to be stable, and the resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient gradually decrease.
