摘  要:以环氧树脂E44为成膜物质,加入导热填料石墨粉、六方氮化硼和合适的固化剂,采用研磨法,在常温下制备了一种双组分导热防腐涂料,用喷涂的方法制备了试板。采用常规性能检测、电化学阻抗谱等实验方法,研究了用不同种类、不同比例填料制备的涂层的性能。结果表明,用该涂料制备的涂层具有良好的附着力、硬度、柔韧性和耐冲击性。同时,该涂层还具有较好的导热性能,优异的耐酸碱性能和防腐性能,在换热器防腐领域具有广阔的应用前景。Using epoxy resin E44 as film-forming material, adding heat-conducting filler graphite powder, hexagonal boron nitride and appropriate curing agent, a two-component heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating was prepared by grinding method at room temperature, and the test plate was prepared by spraying method.The properties of coatings prepared with different kinds and proportions of fillers were studied by conventional performance detection and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the coating has good adhesion, hardness, flexibility and impact resistance.At the same time, the coating also has good thermal conductivity, excellent acid-base resistance and corrosion resistance, which has a broad application prospect in the field of heat exchanger corrosion protection.
