摘  要:通过实验室模拟某油田的油藏环境,探究了采出液中调剖剂残余量对采出液的稳定性的影响,以ζ电位绝对值、油水界面张力、油中含水率、水中含油率作为稳定性评价指标,最后确定最佳调剖剂残余量,用于指导调剖工艺设计。结果表明,地面采出液中调剖剂残余量控制在30%内最佳,在此范围内油中含水率、水中含油率均低于50%,ζ电位绝对值在5.2 mV上下振动,界面张力在2.2 mN/m上下振荡,采出液体系更容易遭到破坏,采收率高,利于后续处理。The influence of the residual amount of profile control agent in produced liquid on the stability of produced liquid was studied by simulating the reservoir environment of a certain oilfield in laboratory.The ζ potential absolute value, oil-water interfacial tension, water content and oil content in oil were taken as the stability evaluation indexes.Finally, the optimal residual amount of profile control agent was determined to guide the design of profile control process.The results show that the residual amount of profile control agent in surface produced liquid should be controlled within 30%,the water content and oil content in oil are both lower than 50%,the absolute value of ζ potential vibrates up and down 5.2 mV,the interfacial tension oscillates up and down 2.2 mN/m, and the produced liquid system is easier to be destroyed and the recovery rate is higher, which is beneficial to subsequent treatment.
