摘  要:以Cu片制备了C-Cu_(2)O复合电极,通过SEM表征,C-Cu_(2)O复合电极具有微观网状结构,极大地提高了微观表面积。在含KOH的碱性乙醇溶液中,以C-Cu_(2)O复合电极为阴极,CO_(2)能被电化学还原为CH_(3)OH,通过正交设计实验,优选出了CH_(3)OH产率最佳的工艺条件,即电解质组成为90%C_(2)H_(5)OH(体积分数)和2g/LKOH,在CO_(2)流速10 min/mL,阴极电解电压-1.0 V(vs.SCE)时,产物CH_(3)OH的法拉第效率为82%。The C-Cu_(2)O composite electrode was prepared from Cu sheet.The SEM showed that the C-Cu_(2)O composite electrode had a micro network structure,which greatly improved the micro surface area.CO_(2) can be electrochemically reduced to CH_(3)OH with C-Cu_(2)O composite as cathode in alkaline ethanol solution containing KOH.The optimum conditions for the yield of CH_(3)OH were determined by orthogonal design.The results showed that the Faraday efficiency of CH_(3)OH was 82%when the electrolyte composition was 90% C_(2)H_(5)OH and 2 g/L KOH,the flow rate of CO_(2) was 10 min/mL,and the cathode voltage was-1.0 V(vs.SCE).
