摘 要:以水溶性单体丙烯酰胺(AM)的反相乳液聚合为模型反应,通过引入开关溶剂环烷酸作为部分油相,合成了粒径为250 nm的pH响应型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)聚合物乳液。研究了油水比、乳化剂用量对乳液稳定性的影响。通过扫描电镜和透射电镜研究聚合物乳液的pH响应性。结果表明,基于环烷酸构建聚丙烯酰胺聚合物乳液有良好的pH响应能力。通过直接添加NaOH至聚合物乳液或将聚合物乳液加入至pH>9的水中,均可实现聚合物乳胶的快速释放。A pH-responsive polyacrylamide(PAM) polymer emulsion with a particle size of 250 nm was synthesized by introducing the switch solvent naphthenic acid as part of the oil phase in the emulsion using reverse-phase emulsion polymerization of the water-soluble monomer acrylamide(AM) as a model reaction.The impact of oil-water ratio and emulsifier dosage on the stability of the emulsions was investigated.The pH response behavior of polymer emulsions was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the construction of polyacrylamide polymer emulsions based on naphthenic acid has good pH-responsiveness.The release of polymer latexes was achieved either by directly adding NaOH to the polymer emulsion or by adding the polymer emulsion to water with pH>9.
