摘　　要：从原料、催化剂类型和生产工艺出发,综述了近几十年来叔十二烷基硫醇的国内外研究进展,特别对合成叔十二烷基硫醇过程中所涉及到的原料的影响、催化剂的优缺点和生产工艺进行了详细的对比分析,同时该文结合国内叔十二烷基硫醇以及上游原料十二烯烃的发展现状,对如何实现叔十二烷基硫醇国产化提出建议和展望。Starting from the raw materials, catalyst types and production processes, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research progress of tert-dodecyl mercaptan in recent decades, especially the impact on the raw materials, the advantages and disadvantages of catalysts and the production process involved in the synthesis of tert-dodecyl mercaptan were compared and analyzed in detail.At the same time, this paper puts forward suggestions and prospects on how to realize the localization of tert-dodecyl mercaptan based on the development status of domestic tert-dodecyl mercaptan and upstream raw material dodecene.
