摘  要:硒元素是动植物必需的微量元素,对人体健康也有十分重要作用,广泛应用于玻璃、电子及医疗等领域,但硒浓度过高时也产生相应的环境问题。综述了国内外水体硒污染来源及现状,并介绍了含硒水体的相关水质特征和标准;对国内外含硒废水生物处理工艺技术进行总结,介绍硒还原菌的研究进展,分析讨论生物法处理含硒废水过程中pH、碳源、共存污染物等环境因素的影响,并对未来微生物还原硒的过程和产物稳定性进行了展望,以期回收利用硒资源。Selenium is an essential trace element in plants and animals which is also very important for human health.It is widely used in glass industry, electronics and medical industry.However, environmental problems also occur when selenium concentration is too high.This paper introduced the source and current situation of selenium containing wastewater, as well as the relevant water quality characteristics of selenium-containing water bodies and the discharge standards.The technologies of selenium containing wastewater treatment are summarized.It also introduces the present research of selenium-reducing bacteria, as well as the influence of the environmental factors of pH,carbon source and coexisting pollutants.Finally, the process of microbial reduction of selenium and the stability of the product are prospected to recycle and utilize selenium resources.
