摘 要:在某燃煤电厂开展活性炭喷射耦合布袋除尘协同脱除燃煤烟气中有机污染物、汞以及CPM特性的分析测试。结果表明,燃煤电厂烟气中有机物总浓度分布在0.517~2.584 mg/m^(3)之间,有机物主要以VOCs为主,SVOC的浓度较低;活性炭喷射对有机物有较好的脱除性能,特别是SVOC。活性炭喷射可协同脱除燃煤烟气中气态汞、可凝结颗粒物,脱除效率可分别达到56.14%,49.10%。活性炭喷射会导致飞灰含碳量略微提高。The test was carried out in a coal-fired power plant mainly explored the analysis and test of activated carbon injection coupled with bag dust removal to synergize the removal of organic pollutants, mercury and CPM from coal-fired flue gas.The results show that: the total concentration of organic matter in the flue gas of coal-fired power plants is distributed between 0.517~2.584 mg/m^(3),the organic matter is mainly VOCs, and the concentration of SVOC is relatively low;activated carbon injection has better organic matter removal performance, especially SVOC.Activated carbon injection can synergistically remove gaseous mercury and condensable particles in coal-fired flue gas, and the removal efficiency can reach 56.14% and 49.10%,respectively.Activated carbon injection will slightly increase the carbon content of fly ash.
