摘　　要：本研究采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、层次分析法以及数理统计法等研究方法,对北京冬季奥运会遗产的旅游化利用进行研究,最终构建出北京冬季奥运会遗产旅游化利用的指标体系。研究结果显示:北京冬季奥运会遗产旅游化利用的指标体系共包含奥运遗产资源禀赋、旅游化开发环境条件和奥运遗产旅游化开发相关者在内的3个一级指标、奥运遗产质量等8个二级指标和资源质量等19个三级指标。并运用层次分析法对北京冬季奥运会遗产旅游化利用进行计算,从而确定了该指标体系的各层次权重,为找出制约冬季奥运会遗产旅游价值提升问题,构建了北京冬季奥运动遗产旅游化利用的指标体系以提供参考。This study adopts the literature method,Delphi method,hierarchical analysis and mathematical and statistical methods to study the tourism utilization of the Beijing Winter Olympic heritage,and finally constructs an index system for the tourism utilization of the Beijing Winter Olympic heritage.The results of the study show that the index system of the tourism utilization of the heritage of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games contains three primary indicators including the resource endowment of the Olympic heritage,the environmental conditions for tourism development and the stakeholders of the tourism development of the Olympic heritage,eight secondary indicators including the quality of the Olympic heritage and 19 tertiary indicators including the quality of resources.The index system is also calculated using hierarchical analysis to determine the weight of each level of the index system,in order to identify the problems that restrict the tourism value enhancement of the winter Olympic heritage and to construct an index system for the tourism use of the Beijing winter Olympic heritage for reference.
