鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗与微波治疗老年难治性鼻出血的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的 探讨研究在老年难治性鼻出血的临床治疗中采取鼻内镜双极电凝治疗与微波治疗的效果差异。方法 研究样本选取时间为2016年01月至2021年09月我院收治的86例老年难治性鼻出血患者,依据患者治疗方式不同将微波治疗法的43例患者列为对照组,将实施鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗的43例患者列为观察组,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及术中失血量、止血时间、鼻腔通气时间、鼻腔粘膜恢复时间。结果 观察组病人的治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的治疗总有效率88.37%,差异较大(P<0.05);且观察组病人的手术持续时间、术中失血量、鼻腔通气恢复时间以及鼻腔粘膜恢复时间均显著短于于对照组,差异较大(P<0.05)。结论 在老年难治性鼻出血患者的临床治疗中采取鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗可显著减少手术创伤,提升治疗效果,降低手术炎症,具有重要应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect difference between endoscopic bipolar electrocoagulation therapy and microwave therapy in the clinical treatment of senile refractory epistaxis.Methods The study samples were selected from 86 elderly patients with refractory epistaxis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to September 2021.According to different treatment methods,43 patients with microwave therapy were classified as the control group,and 43 patients with bipolar electrocoagulation therapy under nasal endoscopy were classified as the observation group.The clinical treatment effect,intraoperative blood loss,hemostasis time,nasal ventilation time and nasal mucosa recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 96.67% in the observation group was higher than 88.37% in the control group (P< 0.05).The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,nasal ventilation recovery time and nasal mucosa recovery time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion Bipolar electrocoagulation under nasal endoscopy can significantly reduce surgical trauma,improve therapeutic effect and reduce surgical inflammation in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with refractory epistaxis,which has important application value.
