盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片联合左氧氟沙星滴耳在化脓性中耳炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 研究盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片联合左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗化脓性中耳炎患者的临床效果。方法 筛选2019年6月~2020年12月在我院接受救治的化脓性中耳炎患者86例,随机数字表法分组(研究组n=43,对照组n=43),治疗方案不同的背景下比较两组患者治疗效果、炎性因子水平、细菌清除率及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生总率(6.98%)低于对照组(23.26%)(P<0.05)。观察组听力改善程度高于对照组,症状改善时间则低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组治疗有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片联合左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗化脓性中耳炎患者效果显著,患者听力更快改善且改善程度更高,同时不良反应少,具有积极价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of clindamycin hydrochloride palmitate dispersible tablets combined with levofloxacin ear drops in the treatment of suppurative otitis media.Methods 86 patients with suppurative otitis media treated in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (study group n=43 and control group n=43).Under the background of different treatment schemes,the treatment effect,inflammatory factor level,bacterial clearance rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results During the treatment period,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (6.98%) was lower than that in the control group (23.26%) (P < 0.05).The improvement degree of hearing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the improvement time of symptoms was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05);After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group (95.35%) was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Clindamycin palmitate hydrochloride dispersible tablets combined with levofloxacin ear drops are effective in the treatment of suppurative otitis media.The hearing of patients is improved faster and the degree of improvement is higher.At the same time,there are fewer adverse reactions,which is of positive value.
