摘　　要：目的 探究功能性鼻内镜手术(FESS)九步法标准化治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果及对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者CT评分系统(Lund-Mackay)评分的影响。方法 在2019年12月至2020年12月,选取我院98例慢性鼻窦炎患者进行研究,按照手术方式不同进行分组,对照组(n=49)采用传统手术治疗,观察组(n=49)采用FESS九步法标准化治疗,分析其疗效、鼻窦炎严重程度、疼痛评分、生活质量、并发症。结果 术后3个月,观察组疗效高于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05);术后3个月,观察组疼痛评分、鼻窦炎严重程度、生活质量均低于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05);术后3个月,组间并发症发生率(P<0.05)。结论 采用FESS九步法标准化治疗慢性鼻窦炎能显著提升疗效,改善临床症状,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the effect of nine-step standardized functional endoscopic nasal surgery (FESS) in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and its effect on the LUNd-Mackay CT score for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,98 patients with chronic sinusitis in our hospital were selected for the study.They were divided into different groups according to different surgical methods.The control group (n=49) was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group (n=49) was treated with FESS nine-step standardized treatment.The efficacy,severity of sinusitis,pain score,quality of life and complications were analyzed.Results 3 months after operation,the curative effect of observation group was higher than control group,with significant difference (P < 0.05);Three months after surgery,the pain score,the severity of sinusitis and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).3 months after operation,the incidence of complications between groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion FESS nine-step standardized treatment of chronic sinusitis can significantly improve the efficacy,improve clinical symptoms and reduce complications.
