鼻内镜下治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎用鼻内镜下治疗的临床效果。方法 此次研究所纳入对象为非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者(n=60),均为我院2019.6~2021.8月收治。回顾患者相关资料,以治疗形式的不同之处,将其分为两组,30例行常规治疗的患者为对照组,30例行鼻内镜下治疗的患者为观察组,就两组治疗有效率、并发症、上颌窦转阴时间、症状消退时间、睡眠情况评分进行对比。结果 治疗有效率相比观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症相比观察组少于对照组(P<0.05);上颌窦转阴时间、症状消退时间相比观察组短于对照组,而睡眠情况评分观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎治疗中,采用鼻内镜下治疗,不仅可以改善临床症状、提升治疗效果,还可以减少并发症,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic treatment of non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis.Methods This study included patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis (n=60),all of whom were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to 2021.8.Review the relevant information of the patients and divide them into two groups based on the differences in the forms of treatment.30 patients who underwent conventional treatment were the control group,and 30 patients who underwent nasal endoscopic treatment were the observation group.The efficiency,complications,maxillary sinus conversion time,symptom resolution time,sleep status score were compared.Results Compared with the observation group,the effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);the complications of the observation group were less than those of the control group (P<0.05);The control group,and the sleep condition score observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis,the use of nasal endoscopic treatment can not only improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the treatment effect,but also reduce the complications,which is worthy of promotion.
