耳内镜下经耳道入路中耳胆脂瘤手术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 研究中耳胆脂瘤经耳内镜下治疗的临床价值。方法 2020年2月~2021年5月间,择我院收治的64例中耳胆脂瘤患者,随机分为甲组、乙组(n=32例),乙组实施显微镜下中耳胆脂瘤手术,甲组实施耳内镜下经耳道入路中耳胆脂瘤手术,观察两组治疗有效性、不良事件发生情况以及干耳时长对比情况。结果 甲组总有效性为96.88%,高于乙组总有效性81.25%,对比差异性显著(P<0.05)。甲乙两组不良事件发生率总体占比分别为12.50%、25.00%,对比差异性不大(P>0.05)。甲乙组术后干耳时长数据差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 中耳胆脂瘤患者行耳内镜下经耳道入路中耳胆脂瘤手术,临床有效性更确切,可显著改善患者听力状况,安全性能较高,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical value of transauricular endoscopic treatment of middle ear cholesteatoma.Methods From February 2020 to may 2021,64 patients with middle ear cholesteatoma treated in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B (n=32 cases).Group B underwent middle ear cholesteatoma surgery under microscope and group a underwent middle ear cholesteatoma surgery through ear canal approach under Otoendoscope.The therapeutic effectiveness,adverse events and dry ear duration of the two groups were observed.Results The total effectiveness of group A was 96.88%,which was higher than that of group B by 81.25% (P < 0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events in group A and group B were 12.50% and 25.00% respectively,with little difference (P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative dry ear length between group A and group B (P > 0.05).Conclusion the operation of middle ear cholesteatoma through ear canal approach under Otoendoscope is more effective,can significantly improve the hearing status of patients,has high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
