复方双花片联合布地奈德治疗慢性咽炎的临床评价

摘　　要：目的 观察复方双花片联合布地奈德治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院慢性咽炎患者90例(2020年8月至2021年8月),随机分为布地奈德治疗的对照组(45例)与联合复方双花片治疗的观察组(45例),观察患者症状积分、炎症因子及不良反应发生率。结果 与对照组相比,观察组症状积分低,炎症因子水平改善好,P<0.05;两组不良反应发生率对比,P>0.05。结论 给予慢性咽炎患者复方双花片联合布地奈德治疗,能促进临床症状的改善,减轻炎症反应,且不良反应少,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Shuanghua tablet combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic pharyngitis in our hospital (From August 2020 to August 2021) were selected and randomly divided into control group (45 cases) treated with budesonide and observation group (45 cases) treated with compound shuanghua tablet.Symptom score,inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions of patients were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the symptom score of observation group was lower,and the level of inflammatory factors was better,P < 0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,P > 0.05.Conclusion Treating chronic pharyngitis patients with compound Shuanghua tablet combined with budesonide can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction,and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of reference.
