盐酸罗哌卡因注射液与盐酸利多卡因注射液局部浸润麻醉在扁桃体术后镇痛中的临床应用比较

摘　　要：目的 比较盐酸罗哌卡因注射液与盐酸利多卡因注射液局部浸润麻醉对扁桃体术后镇痛的影响。方法 选择2018年1月~2020年11月在我院行扁桃体切除术患者75例,采用自身对照方法,试验侧均为患者左侧扁桃体,对照侧均为患者右侧扁桃体,试验侧采用50%盐酸罗哌卡因注射液4ml局部注射,对照侧采用盐酸利多卡因注射液4ml注射。比较两组患者术后Wang-Baker笑脸量表评分,观察并记录患者左右侧术后1h、2h、6h、24h镇痛情况。结果 患者术后1h、12h、24h、48h Wang-Baker笑脸量评分:试验侧分别为(3.65±1.17)、(3.27±1.08)、(2.95±1.12)、(2.25±1.09);对照组分别为(3.65±1.12);(3.38±1.14);(3.07±1.07);(2.45±1.20),两侧比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸罗哌卡因注射液与盐酸利多卡因注射液局部浸润麻醉在扁桃体术后镇痛临床效果无明显差异。Objective To compare the effects of ropivacaine hydrochloride injection and lidocaine hydrochloride injection on postoperative analgesia in tonsillectomy.Methods 75 patients who underwent tonsillectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected.The self-control method was used.The test side was the patient’s left tonsil,and the control side was the patient’s right tonsil.The test side was locally injected with 4ml of 50% ropivacaine hydrochloride injection,and the control side was injected with 4ml of lidocaine hydrochloride injection.The scores of Wang Baker smiling face scale were compared between the two groups,and the analgesia at 1h,2h,6h and 24h after operation was observed and recorded.Results The scores of Wang Baker’s smiling face at 1h,12h,24h and 48h after operation:the test side were (3.65±1.17),(3.27±1.08),(2.95±1.12),(2.25±1.09) respectively;The control group was (3.65±1.12) (3.38±1.14);(3.07±1.07);(2.45±1.20),there was no significant difference between the two sides (P > 0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference between ropivacaine hydrochloride injection and lidocaine hydrochloride injection in the clinical effect of local infiltration anesthesia after tonsillectomy.
