摘　　要：目的 探究右美托咪定在小儿腺样体及扁桃体切除手术中临床应用效果。方法 选取我院2018年1月-2020年8月期间进行小儿腺样体及扁桃体切除的40例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,对照组进行常规麻醉,观察组患儿在此基础上采用右美托咪定,对比两组患儿的围手术期指标、以及气管插管前后、拔管后的心率及平均动脉压情况。结果 麻醉后苏醒时间及拔管时间对比上,观察组的时间显著少于对照组;观察组在T1时间段、T2时间段、T3时间段的心率及平均动脉压指标均显著低于对照组,P<0.05表示差异具有统计学意义。结论 右美托咪定在小儿腺样体及扁桃体切除手术中临床应用效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy in children.Methods 40 children who underwent adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine anesthesia.On this basis,the children in the observation group were treated with dexmedetomidine.The perioperative indexes of the two groups,before and after endotracheal intubation were compared Heart rate and mean arterial pressure after extubation.Results The recovery time and extubation time after anesthesia in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group;The indexes of heart rate and mean arterial pressure in T1,T2 and T3 of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine is effective in adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy in children.
