自拟四七汤加减治疗慢性咽喉炎临床疗效及不良反应率分析

摘　　要：目的 评价自拟四七汤加减治疗慢性咽喉炎临床疗效及不良反应率。方法 选择2020年1月~2021年7月我院就诊的68例慢性咽喉炎患者为调查对象,以随机双盲法分组,对照组予以常规疗法,观察组联合自拟四七汤治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著比对照组高,结果P<0.05;2组用药后的不良反应发生率对比,统计结果P>0.05;观察组患者治疗后的咽喉肿痛、扁桃体充血及异物感等症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床针对慢性咽喉炎选择西医配合自拟四七汤加减治疗的疗效确切,对缓解咽喉不适具有积极作用,值得临床应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate of self-made Siqi Decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods 68 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the survey subjects.They were grouped by random double-blind method.The control group was given conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with self-made Siqi Decoction.The treatment effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The result was P<0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,and the statistical result was P>0.05;the observation group had sore throat and tonsil congestion after treatment The relief time of symptoms such as foreign body sensation was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the clinical treatment of chronic pharyngitis,western medicine combined with self-made Siqi Decoction has a positive effect on the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.It has a positive effect on alleviating throat discomfort and is worthy of clinical application.
