品管圈活动在降低经鼻持续气道正压通气患儿鼻部损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析为经鼻持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)患儿实施品管圈活动后对鼻损伤发生率的改善作用。方法 在组建品管圈干预小组、明确研究主旨后,选取某三甲医院NICU于2018年3月-2019年2月接诊的154例NCPAP患儿作为对照组,同时制定活动方案,包括:现状掌握、目标设定、原因分析、真因验证、对策制定以及实施。选取2019年3月-9月147例应用NCPAP患儿作为观察组,对其实施品管圈活动后,分析其对鼻部损伤情况的改善作用。结果 NCPAP患儿在接受品管圈活动后,发生鼻损伤的概率明显下降,治疗前后的发生率分别为22.07%与6.12%,两者相比,存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 通过为NCPAP患儿实施品管圈能够确定该类患儿发生鼻部损伤的主要原因,并降低NCPAP患儿发生鼻部损伤的概率,具有良好的临床应用价值,建议推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of QCC on the incidence of nasal injury in children with nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP).Methods After setting up the Intervention Group of Quality Control Circle and defining the research purport,154 cases of NCPAP were selected as the control group from March 2018 to February 2019 in NICU of a third-class hospital,including:current status control,target setting Determine,cause analysis,true cause verification,countermeasure formulation and implementation.147 children with NCPAP from March to September 2019 were selected as the observation group,,and analyze its effect on improving children’s nose injury.Results After receiving QCC activities,the probability of nasal injury in children with NCPAP decreased significantly.The probabilities before and after treatment were 22.07% and 6.12%,respectively.There was a significant statistical difference between the two (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of QCC for children with NCPAP can determine the main cause of nasal injury in children with NCPAP,and reduce the probability of nasal injury in children with NCPAP.It has good clinical application value and is recommended for promotion.
