中西医结合治疗妊娠期妇女鼻窦炎围手术期的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨妊娠期妇女鼻窦炎围手术期患者行中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的鼻窦炎妊娠期妇女68例为研究对象,根据其入院就诊单双号设为对照组和观察组各34例。通过采取不同方式治疗后比较两组治疗总有效率、术后鼻腔恢复情况、不良反应率及生活质量。结果 两组经治疗后观察组总有效率、不良反应率、各项生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期妇女鼻窦炎围手术期行中西医结合治疗的疗效显著,即有利于改善患者病情,还可提升其生活质量,值得推广研究。Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on perioperative patients with sinusitis in pregnant women.Methods 68 pregnant women with sinusitis treated in our hospital were selected as the research object with 34 cases in each group.The two group was treated with western medicine or traditional Chinese and Western medicine.After one week of treatment,the total effective rate,adverse reaction rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results after treatment,the total effective rate,adverse reaction rate and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The perioperative treatment of sinusitis in pregnant women with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective,which is not only conducive to improve the condition of patients,but also improve their quality of life,which is worthy of popularization and research.
