摘  要:目的 通过改变喘息性疾病伴上气道阻塞患儿的体位,探讨体位改变后对其潮气肺功能检测结果的影响。方法 选取山东省第二人民医院2020年9月到2021年6月间1-4岁需要做潮气肺功能检测的50例喘息性疾病患儿为研究对象,将按照常规方法检测,潮气肺功能流速容量环显示无明显上气道阻塞的30例患儿为对照组,呈不同类型上气道阻塞的20例患儿为研究组,对照组运用常规仰卧位,研究组运用上身抬高30°方式,观察两组患儿体位改变前后潮气肺功能检测结果的变化。结果 研究组20例潮气肺功能检测结果体位改变前、后流速容量环出现明显变化,呈30°仰卧位时的TPTEF/TE与VPEF/VE比常规仰卧位时明显降低,P<0.05。具有统计学意义。结论 喘息性疾病伴上气道阻塞时,将患儿上身抬高30°能够明显降低部分患儿上气道阻塞对小气道功能的影响,为临床诊断与治疗提供可靠依据。Objective By changing the position of children with wheezing disease and upper airway obstruction,to explore the effect of the change of the position on the results of tidal lung function.Methods 50 children with wheezing disease who were required to undergo tidal lung function testing between September 2020 and June 2021 in the Second People’s Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.The tidal lung function flow rate will be tested according to conventional methods.The volume circle showed that 30 children with no obvious upper airway obstruction served as the control group,and 20 children with different types of upper airway obstruction served as the study group.The control group used the conventional supine position,and the study group used the upper body elevation method of 30°,Observe the changes of tidal lung function test results before and after the posture changes of the two groups of children.Results The tidal lung function test results of 20 patients in the study group showed significant changes before and after the body position changed.The TPTEF/TE and VPEF/VE in the 30° supine position were significantly lower than those in the conventional supine position,P<0.05.has statistical significane.Conclusion When wheezing disease is accompanied by upper airway obstruction,raising the upper body of a child by 30° can significantly reduce the effect of upper airway obstruction on small airway function in some children,and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
