含绿茶冰块结合系统性护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者口腔黏膜损伤及心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨含绿茶冰块结合系统性护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者口腔黏膜损伤及心理状态的影响。方法 选择2019年4月至2021年4月收治的60例鼻咽癌放疗患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施含绿茶冰块结合系统性护理干预,对两组患者口腔黏膜损伤及心理状态进行比较。结果 观察组口腔黏膜损伤发生率为63.33%,与对照组100.00%比较有明显差异(P<0.05);两组干预前的HAMD及HAMA评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组干预后上述评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组咽痛及口干、味觉改变等口腔症状评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 含绿茶冰块结合系统性护理干预可有效减少口腔黏膜放射性损伤,缓解患者负性情绪,减轻口腔症状,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of green tea ice cubes combined with systemic nursing intervention on the oral mucosal injury and psychological status of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy.Methods 60 patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were admitted from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each by a random number table.The control group used routine nursing care,and the observation group implemented green tea ice cubes combined with systemic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The oral mucosal injury and psychological state of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The incidence of oral mucosal injury in the observation group was 63.33%,which was significantly different from 100.00% in the control group (P<0.05);There were no significant difference in HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05),and the above scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention (P<0.05);The scores of oral symptoms such as sore throat,dry mouth,and taste changes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Green tea ice cubes combined with systemic nursing intervention can effectively reduce oral mucosal radiation damage,relieve patients’ negative emotions,and reduce oral symptoms.It is worthy of promotion.
