摘　　要：目的 探讨脑苷肌肽注射液对开放性骨折患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及伤口感染率的影响。方法 选取2019年5月至2021年5月沈阳市骨科医院收治的118例开放性骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各59例。对照组患者采用克林霉素磷酸酯静脉滴注治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上应用脑苷肌肽注射液静脉滴注治疗,比较两组患者疼痛程度、血清CRP水平、生命质量、伤口感染率及炎症介质变化情况。结果 试验组患者治疗后Mc Gill评分、CRP水平及简易生活质量量表(SF-36)评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者伤口感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑苷肌肽注射液的合理应用,可有效降低开放性骨折患者血清CRP以及各项炎症介质水平,减轻疼痛程度,且患者伤口感染发生率更低,促使其住院生命质量改善。Objective To explore the effect of cerebroside and carnosine injection on serum C-reactive protein(CRP) and wound infection rate in patients with open fracture.Methods 118 patients with open fracture in Shenyang orthopedic hospital from May 2019 to may 2021 were divided into two groups.59 patients in the control group were treated with clindamycin phosphate intravenous drip,and 59 patients in the experimental group were treated with cerebroside and carnosine injection intravenous drip on the basis of the reference group.The pain degree,serum CRP level,quality of life,wound infection rate and changes of inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared.Results the simplified McGill scale,CRP level and SF-36 score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant;The wound infection rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant;After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group The levels of IL-8 and IL-8 in the control group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion reasonable application of cerebroside and carnosine injection can effectively reduce the levels of serum CRP and inflammatory factors in patients with open fracture,reduce the degree of pain,lower the incidence of wound infection,and improve the quality of life in hospital.
