摘　　要：目的比较各企业生产的顺铂对人Bel7402肝癌细胞的体外抑瘤作用的强弱。方法应用ATP生物荧光法测定不同制药企业生产的顺铂体外抑制人Bel7402肝癌细胞的半数抑制浓度。结果4种受试药品对人Bel7402肝癌细胞的半数抑制浓度有显著性差异;4种药物的作用效果分属于不同的层次,B和C的作用效果差异不大,A种顺铂的体外抑瘤效果最弱,D种顺铂对人Bel7402肝癌细胞体外抑瘤作用最强。结论不同厂家生产的顺铂在体外抑瘤作用上有显著性差异。Objective To compare the strength of action of Cisplatin produced by different pharmaceutical enterprises,in vitro tumor inhibition of human Bel7402 hepatoma carcinoma cell.Methods The median inhibitory concentration(IC50) of Cisplatin in vitro tumor inhibition of human Bel7402 hepatoma carcinoma cell produced by different pharmaceutical enterprises measured by ATP bioluminescence.Results There was significant difference in the half inhibitory concentration of the four tested drugs on human Bel7402 hepatoma cells.The effects of the four drugs belonged to different levels.There was little difference between the effects of B and C.cisplatin A had the weakest antitumor effect in vitro,and cisplatin D had the strongest antitumor effect on human BEL7402 hepatoma cells in vitro.Conclusion Cisplatin produced by different manufacturers have significant differences in vitro tumor inhibition effect.
