摘  要:RQD分级被广泛地应用于评价岩体的完整性。传统的RQD分级方法采用手工测量进行作业,工人劳动强度大,工作效率低,针对该问题,本文以巨龙铜矿为工程背景,提出了一种基于Image J图像分析功能的RQD分级方法。该方法首先通过拍摄钻孔岩心图像获取钻孔岩芯信息,然后通过Image J软件对钻孔岩芯图像中不同长度岩芯进行编号,通过测量分析功能得出不同编号的岩芯长度,进而计算RQD值,即可快速完成钻孔岩芯编录工作。计算结果与传统RQD分级方法所得结果误差仅在0.5%~1.0%,一致性较好,准确性较高。该方法便捷高效,适用于实际工程应用,尤其在高原地区以及工作环境恶劣地区值得推广。RQD grading is widely used to evaluate the integrity of rock mass.The traditional RQD grading method uses manual measurement for operation,with high labor intensity and low work efficiency.To solve this problem,this paper takes Julong Copper Mine as the engineering background and proposes a RQD grading method based on Image J analysis function.As for the method,firstly shoot the drilling core image to obtain the drilling core information,number the drilling cores of different lengths with Image J,get the core lengths of different numbers by the measurement and analysis function,and at last calculate the RQD value.The drilling core cataloging is completed quickly.The error between the calculation results and the results obtained by the traditional RQD grading method is only 0.5%to 1.0%,with good consistency and high accuracy.The method is convenient and efficient,and is suitable for practical engineering applications,especially in plateau areas and areas with heavy conditions.
