摘　　要：为适应档案机构改革,我国档案行业协会建设亟需规范化。档案行业协会的职能应由政府行业助手向服务会员和推动行业发展转变。为提高档案行业协会的自治能力,档案行业协会需从议事决策、人事财务、约束惩罚、内部监督等方面完善内部管理机制,各监管主体需从外部对档案行业协会开展合法性监督与监管。In order to adapt to the reform of archives institutions,the development of archives industry association in China needs to be regulated and standardized urgently.The function of archives industry association should be transformed,from assisting government-related industries to serving its members and the development of the industry.In order to improve the self-governing capacity of the archives industry association,the archives industry association needs to improve the internal management mechanism from the aspects of decision-making,personnel and fiscal affairs,regulation and punishment,and internal supervision.External supervision bodies should conduct legitimacy supervision on and regulate the archives industry association.
