A Brief Report on the Excavation of the Tombs of the Southern Dynasties at Liuheng Street, Nonglinshang Road in Guangzhou

摘　　要：农林上路位于广州市地下文物埋藏区内,是广州市古墓葬重点埋藏区域。2021年3—4月,为配合农林上路六横路5号大院建设,广州市文物考古研究院对建设用地范围进行了全面的勘探和发掘,清理了汉至清代墓葬40座。这批墓葬保存较差,较为残破,唯M1、M2、M40和M41四座南朝墓形制结构比较清晰,分别为“甲”字形和“中”字形。这四座墓位置毗邻,年代相近,方向一致,规模相似,很可能是同一时期同一家族的墓葬。此次发掘为研究广州地区六朝墓葬的形制、分期和丧葬习俗等提供了新的实物资料。Nonglinshang Road is located in the underground cultural relics burial area of Guangzhou,which is the key burial area for ancient tombs in Guangzhou.From March to April 2021,in order to cooperate with the construction of No.5 Courtyard at Liuheng Street,Nonglinshang Road,Guangzhou Municipal Institute of Cultural Heritage and Archaeology conducted exploration and excavations at the construction project site.A total of 40 tombs from the Han to the Qing dynasties were cleared out.These tombs were poorly preserved and were quite dilapidated.Only the tombs of M1,M2,M40,and M41 of the Southern dynasties were relatively clear in shape and structure,with the shape of"甲"and"中"respectively.These four tombs were located next to each other,similar in age and scale,and had the same direction,so therefore,they were likely to be tombs of the same family in the same period.The excavation provides new physical materials for the study of the shape and structure,periodization,and funeral customs of the Six dynasties’tombs in the Guangzhou area.
