北宋北边三路的分合

摘　　要：太平兴国二年(977),陕西转运司分为陕西河北与陕西河南二司,文献中的陕西北、陕府西北、陕府西河北路皆指前者辖区,陕西南、陕府西南、陕府西河南路指后者辖区;河北路亦分出河北南路。由于北汉的割据,陕西与河北诸路分别辖有今山西南部中条山以西、以东区域。太平兴国四年(979),北宋吞并北汉后并未立即设立河东路,该路置于太平兴国六年九月(981),刘甫英为首任转运使,随之陕西、河北诸路各自合并。熙宁五年(1072)、六年,陕西、河北两路复各分为东、西二路。北宋北边三路由分到合,再由合到分的演变,除了受辖域变化等客观因素影响,也与备边政策影响下转运司事务的繁剧程度相关。陕西、河北两路先各自分为南、北二路,后又各自分为东、西二路的地理现象,系由宋廷与其对抗势力间对峙方向的转移所致。北边三路“事当一体”,其或分或合,以及采取何种分路方式都具有较高的一致性。In 977 AD,the Zhuangyun Si(转运司)of Shaanxi was divided into Hebei Si(司)and Henan Si.Due to the separatist state of Bei Han,Shaanxi Lu and Hebei Lu respectively had jurisdiction overthe west and east areas of Zhong-tiao Mountains in south of present Shanxi province.In 979 AD,Song dynasty conquered the separatist state,but Hedong Lu was not set up until Puying Liu(刘甫英)became the first magistrate that named Zhuanyunshi(转运使)in September 981 AD.As followed,Shaanxi Lu and Hebei Lu were combined.In 1072 AD and 1073 AD,Shaanxi Lu was divided into Hebeidong Lu and Hebeixi Lu,as well as Heibei Lu was split up into Hebeidong Lu and Hebeixi Lu.The transformation of the three Lus in northern border area of Song dynasty was not only influenced by regional changes,but also connected with the complexity affairs of the Zhuanyun Si affected by military strategies.The division of Shaanxi Lu and Hebei Lu was caused by the conflict between Song dynasty and the others.The Three Lus in northern border were so stabilized that the division and combination of it had highly uniformity.
