摘 要:对李楼铁矿一段强磁粗选精矿采用螺旋溜槽重选进行了早收铁精矿的试验室及工业试验研究,并在此基础上完成了工业流程改造。结果表明,经螺旋溜槽重选工艺调试,转产后取得了早收铁精矿产率15.75%、TFe品位65.50%、回收率32.24%的指标,取得了选矿厂停用1台二段磨机、明显降低生产成本的效果。A spiral chute gravity separation was introduced to pre-recover the iron concentrate from the high intensity magnetic separation process for the first stage roughing in Lilou Iron Mine. Based on the laboratory test and commercial experiment, the on-site commercial processing flowsheet was improved. After commissioning, the spiral chute gravity separation was applied into the commercial production, resulting in the pre-recovered portion of iron concentrate grading 65.50% Fe at 32.24% recovery, with a yield of 15.75%. Besides, a miller for the second stage grinding in the concentrator is no longer needed, leading to remarkable reduction in the production cost.
