摘 要:针对刚果(金)某含铜3.22%、含钴0.045%的含钴氧化型铜矿石,研发了“异步浮选预处理、氧化铜钴精矿浸出-浸渣浮选、硫化铜钴精矿沸腾焙烧-浸出”的选冶联合成套工艺技术,全流程铜和钴金属回收率分别达到81.23%和59.19%,实现了铜和钴的高效回收。A combined beneficiation and metallurgy technique was introduced to process a typical cobalt-bearing copper oxide ore from Congo(DRC),a copper-cobalt ore containing 3.22%copper and 0.045%cobalt.The whole set of processing technique consists of pretreatment by asynchronous flotation,leaching of copper-cobalt oxide concentrate followed by flotation of leaching residue,and fluidized bed roasting plus leaching of copper-cobalt sulfide concentrate.The whole flow test shows that the copper and cobalt recovery can attain 81.23%and 59.19%,respectively,indicating that copper and cobalt resources can be recovered efficiently.
