摘  要:验证了以高炉灰为还原剂时硫酸渣与高炉灰共还原-磁选回收铁工艺的可行性,考察了还原剂种类及用量、还原温度、还原时间、磨矿细度、磁场强度对还原铁指标的影响。结果表明,采用共还原-磁选工艺能够充分利用高炉灰中碳资源的还原性,实现硫酸渣与高炉灰中铁资源的回收,且不同种类高炉灰对共还原-磁选所得还原铁指标影响不同,以G4高炉灰为还原剂时还原铁中铁品位和铁回收率较好,在G4用量50%、还原温度1 200℃、还原时间60 min、磨矿细度-74μm粒级占47.93%、磁场强度0.10 T条件下可获得铁品位91.96%、铁回收率91.62%的直接还原铁,该工艺可为硫酸渣和高炉灰的综合利用提供参考。Experiments were performed to verify the feasibility of blast furnace ash(BFA) taken as reducing agent, together with sulfuric acid residue(SAR), for recovering iron therein by co-reduction followed by magnetic separation process. Meanwhile, the effects of type and dosage of reducing agent, co-reduction temperature and time, grinding fineness and magnetic field intensity on the indicators of reduced iron were investigated. The results show that the process of reduction of SAR with BFA as reducing agent followed by magnetic separation can also make full use of the reducibility of carbon in BFA and realize the recovery of iron resources in both SAR and BFA. It is found that different type of BFA can bring different effects to the technical indicators of the obtained direct reduced iron(DRI), and BFA(G4) as the reducing agent can lead to the obtained DRI with better Fe grade and recovery. It is shown that by adopting co-reduction at 1 200 ℃ for 60 min, with G4 as the reducing agent added at an amount of 50%, which is followed by magnetic separation with grinding fineness of-74 μm 47.93% and magnetic field intensity of 0.10 T, the DRI with Fe grade of 91.96% and Fe recovery of 91.62% can be finally obtained. It is concluded that the process of co-reduction of BFA and SAR followed by magnetic separation can provide a reference for comprehensive utilization of SAR and BFA.
